VEISE Electronic Co., Ltd is a high-tech enterprise which engages in researching, developing, manufacturing and selling the rear view monitor back up camera system, LED work lights, LED Beacon Warning Lights for agricultural equipment, farm tractor, bus, coach, school bus, freight Hgvs, municipal, garbage truck, trailer RV, Van fleet, heavy equipment, mining, fire trucks, ambulance, cash-In-transit, forklift truck, port crane boat, rail tram, and airport vehicle.
Since 1997, VEISE has been developing innovative vehicle vision safety system for workers and vehicles. Not only this system clears the blind spots, but also makes the workplace safer for workers while minimizing the chance of vehicle damages and human injuries. VEISE pioneer manufacturer independent R&D the first waterproof infrared night vision camera, LCD monitor with a removable sun visor, DVR quad view monitor, wireless camera monitor backup system and etc.
Our company strictly implements the quality management system as IATF 16949: 2009. What′s more, our R&D Department processes all the products by applying the APQP/DFMEA/PFMEA/MAS/SPC/PPAP quality control in order to ensure the top reliability of our products and the high capability of company management.
We also insist on the idea of energy-saving and low power consumption because we care about the environment. All of our products have adopted the industrial grade materials already. Toolings are designed with 3D simulation software so that we can eliminate the error and failure during the process of tooling creating and product assembly. With the help of accurate tooling, the housing can be assembled perfectly and swiftly, so our products′ capabilities of water and shock resistance are strengthened greatly. We are able to manufacture 30000 sets monitor, 40000 sets camera and 6000 sets LED light per month since our assembly steps are simple and fast. Furthermore, The OEM and ODM services are also available upon the request.
Our company is equipped with advanced production facilities and test devices, such as load dump generator and instruments for IP69K waterproof test, vibration test, environment temperature test integrating sphere test and salt fog exposure test, etc. VEISE monitor camera systems comply with ISO-7637-2.
